KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA O ODO DLA PODMIOTU GOSPODARCZEGO

Zgodnie z obowiązującym od dnia 25 maja 2018r. Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) Jerzy A. Kulig BOHEMA Good Company, Osiek 176, 32-300 Olkusz, jako administrator danych osobowych, informuje Pana/ Panią, iż:

1.Administratorem danych osobowych jest Jerzy A. Kulig BOHEMA Good Company,

Osiek 176, 32-300 Olkusz;

2.Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne w celu realizacji usług świadczonych przez administratora, niepodanie danych uniemożliwi wykonie usług zlecanych do realizacji.

3.U administratora danych osobowych wyznaczony jest inspektor ochrony danych /właściciel podmiotu/, z którym można się skontaktować poprzez email: iodobohema@mailmix.pl lub pisemnie na adres Osiek 176, 32-300 Olkusz;

4.Posiadają Państwo prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych i ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych;

5.Posiadają Państwo prawo zgłoszenia sprzeciwu: co do przetwarzania danych osobowych, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania;

6.Podane dane będą przetwarzane tylko w zakresie objętym zleceniem - przyjętą do realizacji ofertą – art. 6 ust 1 b ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych lub/i na podstawie art. 6 ust 1 pkt a RODO w celu przetwarzania danych kontaktowych;

7.Administrator nie zamierza przekazywać Pani/Pana danych osobowych /nie dotyczy instytucji ustawowo uprawnionych do ich uzyskania/;

8.Mają Państwo prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, gdy uzna Pani/Pan, iż przetwarzanie

danych osobowych Pani/Pana dotyczących narusza przepisy ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych.

9.Dane firmowe będą przechowywane przez ustawowe okresy /dotyczy np. księgowości skarbowej/.

10.Państwa dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w tym również w formie profilowania.

8.You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body when you consider that the processing

personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data.

9. Company data will be stored for statutory periods / applies to e.g. treasury accounting /.

10.Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
